Refund policy

Return Policy

Items will be returnable within 7 days of receiving them. We will require you to submit the proof of purchase/purchase receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 

Items for return should be shipped to the Return Address below. You will shoulder the shipping costs of returning the items. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost you have been charged for the receipt of the items.

Only Items purchased from Flybusters Arabia will be entertained for return by Flybusters Arabia. All items purchased from Flybusters Arabia should only be sent to Flybusters Arabia and not to other Flybusters affiliates.

Exchanges Policy

Send your request for items exchange to info@flybustersarabia.com. Items for exchange should be shipped to the Exchange Address below.

Refund Policy

Once the items you have returned have been delivered, the items will be inspected and you will receive an email notifying you whether the return is approved or rejected for refund.

If your refund request is approved, credit refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please expect this process to take within 5-10 business days.

Notice: We do not refund items purchased during a sale.

Late or Missing Refunds

It may take some time for the credit refund to reflect on your account, please do contact your bank and credit card company to check the transaction.
